What is a photo booth?

Photo booths are one of the fastest growing forms of entertainment and are guaranteed to bring your party to life. They are a great hit at weddings, birthdays, proms or corporate events; in fact any party where you want to capture the fun and create great memories.

A photo booth is a modern, digital kiosk fitted with a professional DSLR camera. Photographs of your guests donning silly props and having a laugh are taken at the touch of a button. High gloss prints are immediately collected from a chute outside the booth. There is a choice of booth designs to suit your event.

Where can I use a photo booth?

Our booth measures 1.3m W x 2.3m L x 2m H and can be set up in any is venue which is waterproof and has a level solid floor (not bare ground). A 13amp 240V power supply within 3m is important.

Please remember to allow sufficient space for a table for our props and room for your guests to mingle.

Who can use a photo booth?

Our booths can be used by all ages and abilities. Babies and young children will need to be lifted up to be in the camera’s field of vision. Wheelchair users are of course welcome to use our booth (we will make adjustments to the camera setting to allow for their height).

Is it easy to operate the photo booth?

Yes. Touch screen technology makes it simple to use!

Do my guests pay to use the photo booth?

No. The cost of all prints is covered by the hire fee.

How long does it take to setup a photo booth?

Approximately 45 minutes, although we aim to arrive at your venue 90 minutes before the booth is required.

What type of camera is used?

Our booths use a high quality professional Canon DSLR camera. The results given are sharp, excellent quality 300dpi pictures which are suitable for professional printing.

Do you stay with the photo booth?

Yes. Our booth attendants will remain at your event to ensure the smooth running of the booth, leaving you free to enjoy your party.

How many people can fit into a photo booth?

The booth can accommodate up to 8 people at any one time although 5 people is the optimum number as big hats and props may cause some people to be out of the camera view!

How long do I have to wait for my prints?

Your high quality gloss photos are printed within 20 seconds. The professional system prints images which are instantly dry and can be handled.

How long do we get to use the booth for?

The booth is available for you and your guests to have fun for a full 2, 3 or 4 hour period as required.

The set up and dismantling times are outside this hire period.

What is in the prop box?

Our prop boxes are very well stocked with a selection of funky glasses, moustaches, wigs, hats, boas, hand held signs and inflatable toys.

We will always provide props to suit your event.

Do we get a copy of the photos?

Yes. All photos are printed at the time they are taken.

All images are also provided on a USB memory data stick at the end of the event.

Your images will also be uploaded to our Facebook page from where they can be shared.

Do you have insurance?

Yes. We have £10 million comprehensive Public Liability Insurance cover for your total peace of mind.

Our equipment is also fully PAT tested and has a current fire certificate.

How much deposit is required to secure a booth?

We require a low £50 deposit to secure your booking.

Can I spread my payments?

Yes. We provide a free and flexible payment system to suit you, after the initial £50 deposit has been paid. Please contact us for further details.

How can I pay?

Via BACS bank direct transfer, Cheque or Cash

Can we have a second set of prints, and an album or a guest book?

Yes. Our wedding and personal party packages include a free set of duplicate prints and a free photo album, worth £15. These can also be purchased separately.

We will place each duplicate print into the album and encourage your guests to write their comments around it, this makes a lovely keepsake and provides great memories for many years to come!
